Last week, ABC news ran a story questioning the safety of the bisphosphonate osteoporosis medications Fosamax, Actonel, and Boniva.

Concern arose when case reports linked unusual femur fractures to people who have been taking one of these osteoporosis medications for more than 5 years. The story questions their long-term safety. 

Believe it or not, there are two very different proposals to reform healthcare on the table.  Very little is published in the press about the GOP plan.  This is not about partisan politics, it is about deciding on the best way to fix our broken healthcare system. 

Last Tuesday, President Obama spoke to the country about healthcare reform. As usual, he was an outstanding speaker, and an unequaled motivator. He should have been a football coach! Unfortunately, the contents distorted the reality of HR3200.

Let me offer some clarity.
