We know that tobacco can cause lung, esophageal, stomach, and bladder cancer.  A study by Northwestern University in Chicago reviewed over 18,000 cases of pancreatic cancer into my smoking history was available.

The average age of diagnosis was 63 and smokers, 70 in prior smokers, and 73 and nonsmokers. The study is the first to strongly suggest a role of tobacco in the initiation and progression of pancreatic cancer.

Pancreatic cancer is usually incurable and there’s no current good way to screen for it.
